Lake Limerick is a wonderful golf and lake community near Shelton. I have lived there and have sold homes and lots in the community. It is a perfect place near (15 minutes) Shelton and schools. The streets are quiet and there are tennis courts, fine dining, lakefront parks, and boat launches.
Last Thursday another of my listings sold on Hood Canal. The market is definitely getting more active this fall, even with the rain coming back. Football season is here in full swing and the snow cannot be far behind!
